First week

In Digital business course we have assignment which we have to keep a blog and tell about our feelings and what we have learned. Our first class was on Monday 18.01.2016. Monday we had introduction on our course and what our course contains. Our teachers are Ilkka Kurkela and Anna Ikonen. Also we have coaches who are guiding differents groups to the right path.

In this course we have privilegde to get guest speakers. On our first class on 18.01.2016 our main speaker was Ronja Salmi. She is a 22 years old businesswoman who has wrote a few books and also worked as a tv host. She told us key success factors how to achieve your career goals. For example she highlighted that any opportunity you have to always say yes. You never know what that brings your way and guide you to your dreams. She was very inspiring because considering her young age she has achieve a lot. I think people are going to listen her advice more because she has done it all. At 22 she has started her own company and hiring another person is a big deal!

Our class has divided to groups which we students had be able to pick ourself. My group contains 4 people - me, Taru Hellman, Julia Tolvanen and Arttu Lehtola. Our coach for this spring is Kevin Feng. We got on Monday group homework assignment to make presentation how in 2020 has technology changed. We thought for instance classes would transfer to Internet. That would lead to decrease of teachers job which is shame. I always loved math and in back of my mind I'm thinking coming math teacher but if technology is improving I don't know if it's wise decision.

Our second class was on Friday 22.01.2016. Our subject of the day was about blogging. The coaches showed us tools which we can use and sneak peeks about there blogs. Without Friday class I would probably know how to make a blog or it would have been difficult to start.
